Its with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dear Mother, Joyce Lewicki. She was pre-deceased (1998) by her loving husband of 46 years, Nick; and her four siblings, Lorraine, Elaine, Lois and Ken. Joyce is survived by her five children; Rick, Brian, Bob, Bev (Dennis) and Jo-Anne; six grandchildren; Nicole, Lisa, Darren, Adam, Brina, Amanda; nine great grandchildren. Joyce and Nick raised their family in Nanaimo while she worked with the Federal and Provincial Govt and moved to Qualicum Beach in 1970 where they purchased and operated a local caf (Lews Grill) for 5 years. Afterwards, she worked and retired from the Canada Postal Service in the Okanagan and returned to Nanaimo in 1998. She will be dearly missed by her family. We will treasure all the fond memories that we shared together. Per her request there will not be a funeral service. A family gathering is planned SERVICES Funeral Service
