Anthony Dowell Obituary In Loving Memory Of Anthony James Dowell August 7th 1946 - May 13th 2025 Tony had been in declining health for some time before he passed away in extended care in Parksville. He was born, raised, and completed medical school in London, England. After immigrating to Canada, he completed his training in general surgery in Vancouver. He practiced general surgery at the Nanaimo General Hospital. Upon retirement, he and his wife Sandi settled in Qualicum Beach, where he continued to enjoy sailing, all kinds of music, and his passion for sports cars of every variety. He is mourned by his wife Sandi, his mother Joy age(103), his sisters Kate and Alison, and their children.
