David Partridge Obituary David Partridge passed away peacefully on June 16 at the age of 64 years. Born in Leeds England, he arrived in Vancouver Canada in 1986 to start a Master's program at UBC and to be the assistant coach on the UBC men's soccer team. He would ultimately settle in Richmond to start a Family. Serving as a Richmond School Board administrator for 25 years he retired to his dream property on Vancouver Island. He is lovingly remembered by his daughters Emma and Hannah, his mother Sylvia, and brother Keith.
