Elsie is survived by her husband James; sons Brandon and Aaron; grand-daughter Dawn; great grandsons Tagen sister Carol and brothers Ken & Richard. She is predeceased by her daughter Monica and son Shawn. Elsie will be greatly missed by her family and many of her past hairdressing customers in the Parksville, Qualicum Beach area.
