In Loving Memory of
Harold (Ralph) McFadyen
July 18, 1940 – October 16, 2026

Harold (Ralph) McFadyen passed away peacefully at home on October 16th, 2026, at the age of 86.

Born on July 18th, 1940, Ralph dedicated his life to service and family. He proudly served his country with 34 years of distinguished service in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1956 to 1990.

Following his retirement from naval service, Ralph embraced the things he loved most. He was an avid golfer, a passionate cook, and an enthusiastic traveler who found great joy in exploring new places and sharing meals with those he loved. He will be remembered for his dedication, his generosity, and his warm spirit.

He is survived by his loving family and friends, who will cherish his memory.

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests remembering Harold by enjoying a round of golf, a home-cooked meal, or time with loved ones — all things he held dear.

He served with honor and lived with joy. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
