Dearly loved mother, sister, grandmother and friend Margaret Elizabeth Olson passed away on Sunday December 31, 2017. She is predeceased by her husband, John Samuel Olson and lovingly remembered by their children: Bill Olson (Joan), Don Olson (Juanita), Gord Olson (Kelly) and Sharon Morton (Bill) 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Margaret will be greatly missed by her family. She was a dedicated mother and along with her husband John, they proudly raised their 4 children in Parksville always providing much love, guidance and support. The family would like to give special thanks to the wonderful staff of Qualicum Manor for providing a safe and caring environment for Mom. There are no words to express the comfort that we took in knowing that she was being well taken care of and safe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
