Ralph Bergthorson Obituary Born once upon a time in Quill Lake, Saskatchewan ( I guess that in itself nudged him out the door in hopes of finding out that there was more to this world) Barry had the urge to travel early in life. He ended up travelling all over this world working mostly as a director of photography in movies, TV and documentaries. Barry loved to live life to its fullest. He believed in good food (macrobiotics), good friends and had a great sense of humour. In between DOP jobs, he renovated several houses having an eye for beauty and balance. He always had a special place in his heart for all animals. I know he made many peoples' lives better with just a passing smile or a helping hand. May he find the peace and comfort now that his last few years of life were lacking. Safe travels dear one
