Violet Brown

Violet (Vi) Brown passed away peacefully in a deep sleep at Qualicum Manor, late Sunday night on Oct 4th at the age of 90 years. Born in Middlesbrough, England on April 24, 1930, she is loving remembered by her only daughter Julie Lee and son-in-law Steven Lee of 579 Chestnut Street, Nanaimo, BC V9S 2K8 and her beloved elder sister Stella Lockie living in Scotland, and many other family members and friends in the UK too numerous to mention, along with some very dear friends made here in Qualicum in her 20 years of being an active member of the golf club.

A very special thank you goes out to all the wonderful staff at Qualicum Manor who took such amazing care of Mom, it truly was a caring community of staff and residents that mom happily called home for the past 2 years.
