  • Transfer of the deceased:
  • From the place of death to the funeral home
  • To crematorium and back to funeral home
  • Coordination with Next-of-kin and Medical Personnel to obtain necessary information for registration of death
  • Registration with Vital Statistics
  • Cremation takes place.
  • Cremated Remains and Death Certificate released to Next-of-kin
  • Urns may be purchased at a separate cost
